Andaman Beach Suites Hotel, Patong Phuket

We had a lovely stay! The New Year's dinner was incredible, with amazing food and great ambiance. Also, Rio's bubbly personality made the experience even better!

by and large, it was stunningly beautiful place with honest staff from the first receptionist. the breakfast was very good, plenty of reasonably priced food. the location was stunning, really close to beach, and all main areas of patong, phuket, bamboo & nuchzy, and centre of patong.

The venue has perfect and exceptionally nice location at centre of Patong. There is a lot of brilliant food for breakfast.

Ocean. The room was spacious and comfortable, although there were moments when the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours. Nonetheless, the close proximity to local dining and activities made it easy to explore.

That was great hotel set in lovely area, near to the beach and main shopping district of Patong, the shopping malls and center of Patong. Very kind and courteous employees that offered a good smile and good service and kept the property clean. The room we got was big with fresh bottled water, everything was excellent.

Great location with a fine sunset view from our beautiful sea view room. The staff provided really good service, especially for my partner's birthday, decorating the room with balloons and treating us to a delicious cake. The bathroom showed some signs of age and needed better cleaning due to sand accumulation. The bed was comfortable, and the pool area was relaxing, but we were disappointed by the limited dining options on-site. Would recommend for its atmosphere and views, but be aware of a few service gaps.

We have previously stayed at sister hotel (Club Andaman). Rooms were spacious and clean. Air cond worked great. Short walk to beach, Coffee shop and good cheap places to eat. Also close to many different nationality restaurants. Can walk to major shopping centre (juncelyon) about 15 min (easy walk) or Tuk Tuk easily available.

Big beds, a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. Superb view of the sea from the window. Location just off all main areas.

The staff provided really good service, and I loved the amazing ocean views. The rooftop bar and pools added a perfect touch to our relaxing getaway.

The location, the view and the room everything was fabulous! Room Service prices were reasonable too, when we were stuck in the room when it was raining outside room service was an affordable option! Absolutely love the hotel!

The hot water in our room wasn't working so we were showering in cold water. We highlighted the problem the night before and said if it wasn't fixed we would need a room change.. The next morning both of us individually reminded them again that we need the hot water checked else we will need a change of room. I believe the hotel didn't even send anyone to check on it because nothing was fixed, also when we said we needed a change in room then they told us that there were none available and we would have to be downgraded if we wanted a change.

When we arrived we were not given a balcony room as requested but we were upgraded without much trouble. A bit dissapointed their day spa was not in operation. You had a gr8 price for us & we will stay there again in 2012. can you please email me any gr8 offers u have on their delux room so I can book again.thanks again for your service.

Fine, Fine, Fine

I loved lounging by the infinity pool, soaking up the sunshine with amazing ocean views! The spacious Superior Sea View room was my sanctuary, fully equipped to. Plus, the staff really knew how to pamper you with their fabulous wellness services, a massage after a day of exploring was everything!

Everything. The professionalism of the staff in a friendly manner, the hotel suite was beautiful, it was central to shopping and bars yet so close to the beach. I was extremely happy with me stay, even as a solo traveller. I can't wait to come back and stay here with my mates next time!

The location was a 5 min walk from Patong Beach, excellent views. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was good too. Close to restaurants and shopping. They even had your name written in the lobby to welcome you so it made you feel like you belonged there.

There were steps leading into the front desk and no one helped take our bags in. Other hotels that we stayed in had excellent door service compared to this one.
